1. Scope

This policy applies to AIBirch websites and its private internal content-intelligence tools. These tools are operated only by the account owner to review organic analytics and trend signals for AIBirch-owned editorial websites.

2. Data we process

When an account owner authorizes a supported platform, the tool may process basic account identifiers, publicly available Pin or board information, and organic analytics or trend data made available through that platform's API. We do not request payment information, passwords, direct messages, advertising-management data, or data from ordinary users' accounts.

3. Why we use data

Data is used only to produce internal reporting and to inform editorial planning for AIBirch-owned websites. The tool does not create, modify, schedule, or publish Pins, boards, advertisements, or content for third parties.

4. Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal data or share platform data with third parties. Access is limited to the account owner. Data is retained only for as long as needed for internal reporting and planning, or as required to meet legal obligations.

5. Your choices

You may revoke a platform authorization through that platform's account settings. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of data associated with this tool by contacting us.
